Return Process

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all items are unopened and in their original condition for hygiene purposes.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
